Once upon a time a creature was born

Daniel, an old-fashioned man

He would come to take his prey

Daniel's gentle appearance

He seeks for repentance
In business of Death itself growing mature
One day he was caught
While homicide
Police officer bold
Offered this parasite
TO GIVE IN
Daniel's strong ego
Made him refuse;
Away he tried to go
But the officer cut
HIS LIFE'S SHORT FUSE
Killed the murderer!
Finished off that bastard
Killed the murderer!
Who thought that God
Would appreciate this disaster!

He woke up in the eye of the abyss
In the kingdom of suffering and malice

And Babel tower’s heights
From his golden throne
The Lord observed his lands
Tired of all this dirty work

Our self-proclaimed monarch

From his holy hands.
The thought of a righteous weapon

Of a holy creation,
The sword of justice

Smashing Lady Liberty’s bones
Red room, figure enters

GOD: Who are they? Why do they resemble more mice or even ants than people? They don’t look like someone you would make in your own image.
Weaker, less strong physically and mentally... Just funny to look at their far-fetched wars that resemble… Let me think…
I don’t even know anything quite like them!
You see, animals fight for survival and these bugs fight only because they are told to...

Swimming in blood of innocent
Darker than night
Darker than night is murderer’s heart
Dark switches light
Dark switches light and penetrates
The evil inside
Pulls the strings in his wicked mind
He takes the knife
Slits woman’s throat
Lets out her guts
LEAVES HER BLEEDING ON THE GROUND
Lifeless corpse
Was seen by a man
He tries to defend
MAIMED REMAINS OF HIS DEAD WIFE
He reaches out to the gun
And pulls trigger. Killer runs
Towards the man. Macabre dance
Has just begun, the shining sun
Has now been bloodied by the one
White of the eyes and dark within
Who knows if under his scarred skin
The light is left, not only sin
Struggle goes on
Man dropped his gun
He tries to fight back
HIS FAITH IN REVENGE IS STILL NOT GONE
But murderer’s quick
His ignoble stab
Right through the eye
REACHED MAN’S BRAIN AND CUT THROUGHOUT
Light lost. Corpse falls. Blood flows. Wind blows.
He grabs the corpses, chops them all
AND OFF TO PLASTIC BAGS THEY GO
Underground where fades out warmth
REST IN PIECES, FEED THE WORMS

“Breaking news are on the line
The land has trembled from a crime

Bloodbath with no corpses found
Killer unknown, no clues, no tracks
Inscribed with blood he left a text:
“Take a look at yourself and resurrect”
Stay tuned, we’ll keep you up to date”

He turns off the radio and smirks
“The game is on!” is in his thoughts
As in the ground the corpses rot
The slipknot tightens on one’s throat
It happens so that sometimes thou
Forget the essence of your aim
And thine desire’s wicked flame
Burns out the sanity of sane
DEATH

MIST
And darkness are veiling the sight
Let’s get to our story back
Our hero is completely awake
To solve the quest he just can’t wait
He can’t resist to swallow the bait
He takes the necessary tools
Walks down the hall, puts on his coat
But then appears a sudden thought
That there is something he forgot
Car keys were left on second floor
By now he couldn’t stay no more
He rushed upstairs like never before
When all of a sudden wind slams the door
He marks that window is wide-open
And on the sill there sits a crow
Its empty eyes stare in the distance
Of destiny that lay before
DEATH

Through the Mirror

|
He grabs the keys so fast
And exits this house at last
Stepping over the mud
Absorbed by the sinister shroud
He cowardly gets in the car
Turns on the engine and the lights
Prepares to travel far
In the deadliest distance of night
But the moment he rode forth
The power was cut off
Drowning the town in dark
Devouring the mortal life
If something can go wrong
It indeed will happen so
A long tree fell on the road
Blocking the way to go
Detective left the car and slammed the door breaking the silence DEAD
Mad symphonies of fear and grief soon penetrated his sore HEAD
On foot to scene of ruthless crime our hero had to quickly HEAD
Now the strings of hero’s fate are pulled by devil’s mighty HAND
HE is lost. IN the dark. OF this night. COLD moonlight.
INSTILS the fright. TRY to find. NEW way out.
At last he found where he was
Horrid house rose from the ground
Upon its black-stone walls
The dangling ivy crawls
Detective found it odd
There’s no police around
He thought it might be a fraud
But still he gave it a try
He entered this mansion forlorn
By knocking out the door
And on the window the crow
Was ticking the mourning song
Detective lit the light
And saw the picture drear
Blood rivers in his sight
Flowed into his nightmares
Fighting with his own disgust he found the message on the WALL
He started thinking of its meaning strolling through this spacious HALL
But suddenly his eye sight on the ancient mirror STOPPED
And then he saw his own reflection from the outer WORLD
HE is lost. IN the dark. OF his mind. COLD moonlight.
INSTILS the fright. TRY to find. NEW way out.

And he crept to parents’ room
When he raised the blade upon mother’s head
His father woke and caught his son’s damn hand
HEAD! MAD! FRIEND! BLAND!
Father was shocked by his son’s deed
“Why, oh why you wanted her dead?”
Boy explained that it was his friend’s
WISE IDEA
HEAD! MAD! FRIEND’S! FAD!

The Duelling Minds

Shadow image quietly stands before him
Phantom figure in disguise
Hood hides the face
Of this stranger
Dismal eerie person
Detective has faced
Game is on, the veil has dropped
Macabre dance is in full swing
Figure’s clothes in blood are soaked
Only one will leave
“I see, detective, you have solved
The riddle I’ve left on the wall
Inscribed in blood I left it all
Luring you to come”
Detective cried out: “Daniel!
Prepare to face the prison cell,
But either way you’ll end in hell
There is no way out!”
But the figure only laughed
And got detective out of mind
Our bloodhound prepared to fight
Till the death of light
Then he tried to hit Daniel, but he failed
As the man disappeared in dark
Detective shocked fell on ground from the punch
From behind looked around and saw rival’s smirk
“Who are you?” – detective asked
“Ghostly vision from the past?
Or the demon from abyss?
Answer for God’s sake!”
“Can’t you see it all yourself?
I’ve been around all these years
Equal rival in your game
Admit it, show respect
You’ve tried so hard to strike me down
To drown me in the lakes of blood
But aren’t you tired of this chase?
Can I be left alone?
You waste your life on catching me
You’re so lonely, can’t you see?
No friends at all, no family
You are so forlorn
You asked me to tell you who I was
And I’ll give you a clue
Look for the answer in your mind and
One day you’ll find the truth"

For this infernal child
The fury woke

Little Hector asked
“It’s time to kill indeed”

The hour struck to spill the blood
PLAN IT WELL
From a new-found place to dwell

Will absorb your old-time scars

Then return and make them pay

He woke up in the eye of the abyss
In the kingdom of suffering and malice
Shocked by story of the fiend
Daniel asks what his fate will be
Lucifer replies with evil smile:
“Bravery of yours cannot be denied
You’ve listened well to the tale of mine
For that I’ll bestow you and you will not die
Instead I will give you the second chance
To save your dead parents in the past
Don’t miss it, friend, and do it at last
Do what thou will, but don’t ruin my trust”
Daniel thought and shouted out:
“How did you know my cherished dream that you’ll make come true?
You are indeed the Lord of mine
I’ll serve you till my dying day and beyond my life"
"I gift you with a chance to live
So go my child and use it well and do what you desire”
But in all his dreams of greatness he could not possibly imagine the terror of the destiny that lay before him
Suddenly it all went black
Storm of time now turns years back
Our hero’s drifting through the mist
But what will be the final twist…

Two years passed after he had turned back
HE PLANNED! THE KILL!
Used the chance he had received
TRACKED! HIM DOWN!
Followed his footsteps one by one
SWEET! REVENGE!

THE NIGHT! HAS COME!
Unholy vengeance paves his path
HE GRABS! THE KEYS!
He goes outside and approaches the car
RAVEN! BLACK!
Observes as our hero endeavors to fate
ENGINE! ROARS!
Hounds of hell are now unleashed
Driving through the dark
Into endless night
With one hope
To get revenge at last
He will serve the Lord
Of the underworld
Willing to pay
For the gift he gave
NOW! HE’S THERE!
Knocked out the door of this fateful house
CAUGHT! THE SIGHT!
Of a macabre figure with knife in hand
IT! MOVED!
Towards the bedroom of his parents
FIGHT! BEGINS!
Daniel grabs the murderer’s throat
To prevent the death
Of the ones he loved
With all fury he struck
On him
When they fell on ground
Daniel grabbed his knife
And then he cut through
His chest to his heart
Then he saw that the face of the killed was wreathed in a smile
And then he realized that the body the body on the floor was him

Daniel wakes up in the old forsaken cemetery
Fog is all around him and cold is piercing to the bone
In the sky the raven flies and shows the way
Through the cemetery gates to nothingness and dark
Daniel sees all these tombs and graves
And he remembers all the names inscribed, as they’ve fallen by his hand
And then he saw the place where parents dwell
A tear ran over his pale face and vanished in the mist
“What have I done?” – he cried,
“All this time I was taking lives
My legacy’s nothing, I've been walking on this Earth
Leaving trace of death"
Daniel enters though the gates
And then he saw the ghostly shades
Dancing on a thousand graves
Reminding him of past
In the distance shadow glimpsed
Lurking in the serene mist
Daniel asked this cryptic gist:
“Hector, is it you?”
Boy then told him: “Follow me
I’ll lead to your destiny"
And he showed him lonely grave
On which the raven sat
Our hero glanced at an old tombstone
And there was a name on it
“Detective Daniel Palmer”
The puzzle is complete…
